EXHANGE PRIVILIEGE
If the purchaser has completed their payments and moves more than 75 miles away from their home, they will receive a dollar for dollar credit for all money paid toward the prevailing price at any of 1,000 cemeteries participating in the ICFA Credit Exchange Plan located throughout the United States
PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN
Should an accidental death occur to an unmarried child of a purchaser, the purchaser shall receive the same items for the child as those purchased by the parent (or that which is appropriate for a child) up to a $10,000 retail value, if the child at the time of the death was between the ages of 1 and 21 and living at home with a parent or parents, grandparent, legal guardian, or if living away from home to attend college.
GUARANTEED OWNERSHIP
The purchaser who has made an initial investment of 7% on their purchase of cemtery propery, merchandise, and services who is under 65 years of age, in good health, and whose payments are current is covered by our Guaranteed Ownership Protection. Should such a purchaser die befroe the payments are completed, all remaining payments related to that purchase will be waived, up to a maximum of $15,000. The co-purchaser is covered by this provision if they meet the criteria above an if the initial investment on the purchase agreement is 15% or more.
PUBLIC SERVANT PROTECTION
To honor those in hazardous public service occupations, we will furnish at no charge one burial space, one outside container or burial vault, an one opening and closing service to the family of any police officer, firefighter, rescue worker, or military personnel (whether active or in the reserves) who is killed in the line of duty. If that individual previously purchased from us, all the money paid for that individual will be refunded. All merchandise and services provided will be selected by the cemetery.
INCOME PROTECTION
A purchaser who has made at least 3 scheduled payments and who loses his or her income due to unemployment, strike, or illness may keep theri agreement in force by paying $10 per month, up to a maximum of six months.
CHANGE YOUR MIND POLICY
Purchaser may exchange the burial or crypt spaces within cemetery for up to the five years from sthe date of purchase for an available location of equivalent dollar value provided that no interment or entombment has been made.
